Return & Exchange Policy
Free Click and Collect from Store
You can now order products on our website and collect them from Cluster Cycles in Port Lincoln. Place your order online and select Click and Collect as your shipping method.
We’ll contact you when your order i’s ready to collect.
Click and Collect orders are only processed on business days.
Due to some stock needing to come from interstate, some Click and Collect orders may take up to 5-10 business days to be available for pick up.
Shipping of Items (excluding bikes)
Please note we are unable to ship bikes, however you can ‘Click and Collect’ from our store. All our bikes are sold fully assembled in accordance with our Dealership Agreements.
If you live on the Eyre Peninsula - we can arrange a local courier to deliver to you. We will advise you of costs prior to delivery.
Orders of items that are in stock will be dispatched within two business days. Most orders are sent via Australia Post and Cluster Cycles will contact you prior to shipping to discuss your shipping/freight options and associated costs.
All orders will be provided with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. A signature is required upon delivery so please ensure you provide an address where someone is there to sign. If you would like to authorise for your order to be left at your door or in your mailbox please specify in the delivery instructions.
PLEASE NOTE: If you elect for your parcel to be left at your premises we cannot be responsible if the parcel goes missing.
Deliveries within Australian major cities can arrive within 5 business days from the date of dispatch. Some interstate and rural areas can take up to 10 business days.
For delivery time estimate please refer to the Australia Post Delivery Calculator and reference the Parcel Post Service. Our distribution location postcode is 5606. Please allow an additional 2 business days for your order to be dispatched.
Please note, during sale periods and peak periods, dispatch of orders and delivery time may be delayed. We aim to process all orders in a timely manner, but we ask for your patience in order processing. If there is a longer than expected wait for your delivery please contact email@example.com or phone 08 8683 0822.
Whilst we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally some products may not be available at time of processing. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via phone or e-mail.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
For all faulty items purchased in store, please return them to your point of purchase. If your purchase was made online, please contact us to organise warranty on your item.
We unfortunately cannot accept returns for change of mind.
We do not accept returns on sale or discounted items unless the item is faulty.
Return shipping must be prepaid and a traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Cluster Cycles will not be responsible for missing incoming deliveries.
